Mental Health Awareness
Last week was mental health awareness day and we decided to base the whole week around mental health. Through these testing times we have been focusing on what we can do to keep positive and smiling. We brought in flowers, baked each other cakes and posted positive messages around the practice. We also spent our lunchtimes walking, doing yoga and swimming or paddle boarding whenever possible. We opened up conversations around mental health and ensured each other know there is support whenever needed.
