Kate will often be your first point of contact with us. Kate efficiently runs the administrative side of the practice and will usually be the one to greet you when you visit. Kate’s warm smile and calm nature is just what we all need when visiting the practice whether you’re a patient or a member of the team. We especially appreciate Kate not being dentally trained as she keeps things in perspective when it all gets a bit nerdy!

Nicole qualified as a dental nurse in 2016 and joined the team at Waterside in 2017. Nicole’s calm and caring approach puts patients at ease which we believe plays a huge role in obtaining optimal treatment outcomes.
Nicole is an integral member of the team, she is a whizz with our iTero digital intra-oral camera and is currently doing very well in her studies for her qualification in dental radiography, which will allow her to take dental x-rays under the prescription of a dentist.
Bernie is our fantastic housekeeper, she looks after Waterside Dentalcare as if it is her own home. Bernie keeps the whole practice absolutely spotless and she is as fastidious about cleanliness as we are.
