We are very pleased to let you know that Laura and Matt were safely delivered of a beautiful baby boy at the beginning of March and have named him Joseph – Kate has a picture if you’d like to see it!
Most of you will also know by now that Sharon and Mark, and Paul and Clare have babies due in June. We wish them all the very best at this exciting time and we can’t wait to meet the new arrivals!
National Smile Month
Organised by the British Dental Health Foundation, National Smile Month runs from May 18th – June 18th and aims to promote three key messages which go a long way to improve the oral health of people in the UK. They are:
Brush your teeth last thing at night and at least on other time during the day, with a fluoride toothpaste
Cut down on how often you have sugary foods and drinks
Visit your dentist regularly, as often as they recommend
